If you really haven’t any experience – never worked at sea, offshore, never worked in construction, never worked on a land oil rig platform – you might only start at the bottom at www.OilRigJobs-SA.co.za. A slow, steady and sure way is to prepare yourself by spending 1 year or 2 on an entry level job. It will earn you relevant experience and it toughens you up for a real job offshore on an oil rig with no experience.
